How does the Newsletter discount work?
Once you sign up for the newsletter, an email will be sent to you, which you need to click to activate. The discount code will then be generated and sent to your email address. Please check your junk box as unrecognized emails can sometimes end up in Junk mail.

Why doesnt my discount code work?
Discount codes are sometimes restricted to certain products or brands. Sale items, special offers and bindis are excluded from all discount codes. Discount codes are one use only per email address. If the code you have does not work on a purchase you wish to make, please contact us at info@avaa.co.uk  before you place your order so that we may assist you. We cannot apply discount codes once an order has been processed and you have received a confirmation email from the payment system.

How long will my goods take to arrive?

Goods will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order. Standard delivery takes 2-5 days via Royal mail recorded service. Special delivery takes 24 hours from date of postage.

What are the delivery options?
We have two delivery options. Standard service and Special delivery. Please see our delivery section for more information.

When will the order be sent out?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed. You will receive an e-mail letting you know when your goods have been sent.

If I am not at home, what happens to my order?
If for some reason you aren't at home when your product is delivered, a card will be placed through your letter box and the goods will be held at your local post office.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are a fantastic way to offer your friends a personal gift.
Gift vouchers are only valid for a limited time and the expiry date is written on them. Please check them.
Vouchers are only one use per person and cannot be exchanged for cash.
No change can be given on gift vouchers, they need to be used in one go.
If you would like a refund on gift vouchers, this can be done, please contact us as returns@avaa.co.uk or 01737 557 503.

Why can't I return Bindis, mendhi transfers, mendhi tubes and earrings, and jewellery sets including earrings?
Due to the fact that these products will be in close contact with the skin, it is not hygienic for us to accept returns on these items.

What if my earrings are faulty?
We will always try to resolve this for you. Simply contact us at returns@avaa.co.uk and we will send you out a returns number. If a refund is required, we will also refund you the cost of returning the product.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
We will look into it for you. Please contact us at info@avaa.co.uk

I am having problems placing my order. Can I receive help?
Please contact us at info@avaa.co.uk and a representative will phone you and help you with the process.

A product I am interested in is out of stock. What should I do?
Please contact us on info@avaa.co.uk. We will look into options for re-ordering.

Are the mendhi transfers, mendhi and glitter tubes safe to use on my skin?

Generally yes, but if you do have sensitive skin, or are prone to skin rashes and conditions, it is recommended that you do not use these products. We are not responsible for any skin rashes/conditions that arise from a direct use of these items.

Is the jewellery featured on this site nickel free?
Yes, the jewellery sold on this website is nickel free and is within EU regulations.

Where do you deliver?
We ship all over the world, please select our world wide delivery option.  Every country has different delivery times, so if you need your product by a certain date, please contact us on  info@avaa.co.uk to check before placing your order.

Are the measurements of the products correct?
Please use the written descriptions for product measurements, as the photos are not to scale. We try to be as accurate as possible, but cannot be held responsible for any variations in measurements.

Is the colour of my product correct?
The colour is depicted as accurately as possible, but this does also depend on the screen the product is being viewed on. We cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour representation.

Can I return my product?
Most products are refundable, providing they are returned within 7 days of receipt with the correct tags still attached.  Please note: mendhi transfers, mendhi and glitter tubes, and bindis are non refundable. Earrings are non refundable unless they are faulty.

What happens if my goods arrive damaged?
We package all of our products with great care, but occasionally they may be damaged during transit. Please contact us at info@avaa.co.uk as soon as you receive the goods and we will do our utmost to resolve this for you.

When will I be charged for my order?
All debit and credit cards will be charged when the order is placed.

How long does it take for a refund to reach my account?
It can take up to 10 days for payment to reach your account. This is depends on the bank and it not in our control. If you have not received your payment by 10 days , please contact us with the order information on info@avaa.co.uk.
